SOHO

The SOHO country house project was designed for a family that loves to receive guests — an open, creative and full of energy life. We tried to make the house visually very warm, it as if it absorbed the power and luxury of the sun-drenched Arabian desert into itself

We have created an asymmetrical but harmonious space. Symmetry expresses something common to different objects, whereas asymmetry expresses individuality, gives dynamics to space

The house has everything you need for a comfortable life: the functional layout accommodates a kitchen area, a living room, a dining room on the ground floor, a garage for two cars, four bedrooms, a gym, a staff area and all the necessary technical rooms. The courtyard is formed by two blocks — a block of the main house and a covered gazebo attached to it with a barbecue— party-house. The layout turned out to be as ergonomic and compact as possible

A separate space for parties- party-house accommodates a table for twelve people, a summer kitchen, a barbecue area. Thanks to the sliding glazing, this space in the midst of a party can be effectively turned into a covered terrace and arrange a chic party in the courtyard. The expressive lines of the roof correspond to the leitmotif of the main structure.

Unique architectural elements make each of our projects copyrighted. The accent of the SOHO country house is the curved lines of a metal art object on the facade. It seems to attract light and elegantly overflows it with its curves. The art object is the center of the composition, the semantic accent — it conceptually unites the first and second floors, gives the house energy and dynamism.

We consider this house to be optimal from the point of view of functionality, the proposed finishing materials and the overall impression it makes.
