The house is solved by two adjacent blocks: the main house and a SPA complex with a banquet hall

These buildings are connected by an open terrace from which you can admire the exterior of the house and the landscape of the site

ыыыThe client came to us with a very unusual wish - he saw the exterior of the house only in dark colors. We are happy to undertake this task, as we believe that the dark gamma is able to make the look even more stylish, concise, and also hide the volumes.

All functional and technical aspects have been thought out in the house
The streams of guests, hosts and staff are separated, a technical and summer kitchen are provided, spacious storage spaces, an outdoor barbecue area, a passage from a warm garage to the house through a dressing room
Our clients were ready for bold decisions, and they themselves offered to solve the house in an atypical dark color scheme

The lower volume of the main block is solved with dark granite, the upper volume is a monochrome combination of dark ceramic panels of black color and light fiber cement
