The elongated configuration of the site predetermined the silhouette of the new building
The recreation area with a banquet hall, located in the far corner of the site, we turned at 45 degrees
All design principles are aimed at ensuring that the residents of this house are closer to nature
The monotony of the composition was overcome by using the layout of rooms under multi-level roofs
As a result, the facade has acquired dynamism and expressiveness

But at the same time, large panoramic windows, a non-trivial silhouette and turquoise glass inlays on the facade give the author’s reading of this style
